May we use original characters?
Yes you may. I would encourage original characters to be in an original setting, but if absolutely necessary, they may be in a fandom setting.

May we include crossover pairings or AU pairings, etc.?
Yes, but be sure to list all fandoms involved in the pairings' claim.

What about fandom or original characters from a community RPG?
Again, yes, but you must list the community RPG as well as the distinct fandom(s) the characters are from. In cases such as Gaia Online's Breedables community, please list the specific shop/creature species.

What if I want to write about a threesome?
Threesomes are allowed, but there must be at least two people participating. I encourage three to participate if possible, since it divides up the work evenly.

Do our sentences have to be in third person perspective?
No. They can be in whatever perspective best suits your style, as long as each sentence is from your character focus' point of view.

Does every single sentence have to be about the relationship?
While I would really prefer all the sentences focus on the relationship in some way, one or two may be about just the character him/herself.

When you say that a person can only be involved in 3 claims at a time, what do you mean exactly?
Basically, a person may only be involved in 3 active claims. This means that if they have 3 claims and post their half of 1 claim, they are welcome to take on another claim. Once you have posted your half of the claim, for you, the claim becomes inactive (completed), and you may move on, even if the claim is not officially considered completed (your partner has not posted his/her sentences.)

Does my pairing HAVE to be romantic?!
No. The characters' relationship can be completely platonic - familial or friendship. There just needs to be some sort of relationship between them.

Why do we both have to post a request? Isn't that just extra work?
Having both people post for the request ensures that both writers are aware of the plan, and intend to participate.

More questions to come.
